This page contains the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), which outline the terms governing your participation in the NIAT AI Premier League Challenge ("Challenge") organized by NxtWave Disruptive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NxtWave", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern the relationship between you (hereinafter referred to as "you," "your" or "Participant") and NxtWave in connection with your participation in the Challenge.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NxtWave. By registering for or participating in the Challenge, you confirm your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms.

By registering and/or participating in the Challenge, you acknowledge and agree that your participation will be governed by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other related terms.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by the T&C, and comply with the provisions set out herein. In compliance with the applicable laws of India, only persons of 18 (eighteen) years of age or above are eligible to enter into a contract, accordingly, if you are below the age of 18 (eighteen) years / a minor, and you wish to enroll into the Program, our Services will be made available to you upon your legal guardian / parents accepting this T&C, and providing their consent for your enrolment into the Program. By enrolling into our Program and availing our Services, you, through your actions, affirm that you are eligible to accept the terms of this T&C and / or have the consent of your parents / legal guardians to enroll into the Program, as the case may be.

For all minors registering into the challenge, your parents / legal guardians will be responsible for your actions, including compliance with this T&C. NxtWave reserves the right to terminate the Services and / or refuse participation in the challenge if it is discovered that: (a) any information provided by you (or your parents / legal guardian) is inaccurate; or (b) you are a minor and your parents / legal guardians have not consented to your participation in the challenge. NxtWave is not responsible for any consequence that arises as a result of a Participant’s participation in the challenge, including a minor enrolling for the Services/ Program without the consent of his/her parents / legal guardian.

In case of minors, the terms ‘Candidate/You/Your’ shall be deemed to include such Candidates’ parents / legal guardians, and all obligations of such Candidates set out in this T&C shall be undertaken by their legal guardians / parents instead. The Candidate and NxtWave are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”. If you do not agree with the terms of this T&C, kindly refrain from availing our Services.


  1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

1.1. “Applicable Laws” means all relevant and enforceable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, or notifications issued by the authorities having jurisdiction over the subject matter and location of the Challenge.

1.2. “Challenge” means the NIAT AI Premier League Challenge conducted by NxtWave, comprising various phases including registration, submission, evaluation, and prize distribution.

1.3. “Official Channels” refers to communication means officially designated by NxtWave for dissemination of Challenge information, including email, website announcements, and direct communication with registered Participants.

1.4. “Participant” means an individual who meets the eligibility criteria and has successfully registered to take part in the Challenge.

1.5. “Prize” means any reward, whether monetary or non-monetary, offered to Participants declared as winners under the Challenge

1.6. “Submission” means the materials, entries, code, documents, videos, or any other deliverables submitted by the Participant as part of the Challenge.

1.7. “Third-Party Materials” means any content, including but not limited to video clips, datasets, software libraries, or other proprietary material provided by NxtWave for use solely within the scope of the Challenge.

  1. Eligibility

1. Participation in the Challenge is open exclusively to individuals who have successfully completed their 12th standard (or equivalent) examinations from a recognized board or institution. Participants may be required to submit valid proof of qualification, such as mark sheets, passing certificates, or equivalent documentation, upon request by the NxtWave.

2. The Challenge is open to individuals only. Participation as a team, group, or legal entity (such as companies, firms, or institutions) is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the Challenge-specific Rules.

3. The Challenge is open to residents of India. Individuals who are not Indian residents may participate only with prior written consent from NxtWave and may be subject to additional eligibility checks or restrictions.

4. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Challenge:

  • Employees, interns, contractors, or officers of NxtWave or its affiliates;

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) of individuals mentioned above;

  • Individuals directly involved in the administration, judging, or management of the Challenge.

5. The Organizing Team reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Participant at any stage of the Challenge and disqualify those who do not meet the criteria or who provide false, incomplete, or misleading information. Such disqualification may occur without prior notice and may result in forfeiture of prizes, if any.

  1. Challenge Timeline

1. The specific dates for commencement, submission deadlines, evaluation phases, and result announcements for each phase of the Challenge will be communicated separately by the Organizing Team through Official Channels, including the Challenge website, email notifications, or other designated communication platforms.

2. All Participants are required to adhere strictly to the Challenge Timeline as published. Submissions received after the specified deadline for any phase will not be considered for evaluation, irrespective of the reason for delay, including but not limited to technical or connectivity issues.

3. NxtWave reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, postpone, or extend any part of the Challenge Timeline at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated promptly through Official Channels.

4. Participants acknowledge and agree that they shall not be entitled to make any claims or raise objections in the event of any rescheduling, delay, or cancellation of any phase of the Challenge.

4. Registration and Participation

1. To participate in the Challenge, individuals must complete the official registration process by submitting accurate, complete, and up-to-date information through the designated Challenge Platform or form provided by NxtWave. Registration shall be deemed complete only upon receipt of a confirmation from the Organizing Team.

2. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information submitted during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification without notice.

3. Each Participant may register and participate using a single identity and contact information. Multiple entries or registrations by the same individual using different names, email addresses, or credentials are strictly prohibited and may lead to disqualification.

4. Participants are responsible for arranging their own access to a stable internet connection, suitable computing equipment, and any other resources required to participate in the Challenge. NxtWave shall not be held liable for any issues arising out of the unavailability of such resources.

5. Participants must conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism throughout the Challenge. Any use of offensive language, discriminatory conduct, unauthorized collaboration, or unethical behavior—online or offline—may result in immediate disqualification.

6. NxtWave reserves the right to refuse registration or participation to any individual at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where the individual is found to be ineligible, in breach of these Terms, or engaged in activities that may compromise the fairness or reputation of the Challenge.

  1. Submission Guidelines

1. Participants must ensure that all submissions comply with the specific format, resolution, size, file type, and other technical specifications communicated by the Organizing Team for the respective phase of the Challenge. Non-compliant submissions may be rejected without further review.

2. All submissions must be the original work of the Participant. Collaborative or group work is not permitted unless explicitly allowed under the Challenge Rules. Participants must not submit work that:

  • Has been plagiarized;

  • Was previously submitted to any other competition or event;

  • Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. All submissions must be received on or before the deadline specified in the Challenge Timeline. Submissions received after the deadline, whether due to technical issues or any other reason, will not be considered for evaluation.

4. If Participants are provided with or allowed to use any third-party material (e.g., data sets, media clips, code libraries), such material shall be used strictly in accordance with the Challenge Rules and only for the purposes of the Challenge. The final submission must not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

5. Unless explicitly permitted, Participants may not submit more than one entry. Where multiple submissions or revisions are allowed, only the most recent submission received before the deadline will be considered.

6. Submissions must not contain any viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious code. Any submission found to compromise the integrity or security of the Challenge Platform or the systems of NxtWave may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

7. Submissions must not contain any offensive, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or discriminatory content. Any such submissions will be automatically rejected, and the Participant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of NxtWave.


  1. Disqualification

1. NxtWave reserves the unfettered right to disqualify, at any stage of the Challenge and without prior notice, any Participant who, in the sole judgment of NxtWave:

  1. Fails to meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in these Terms;

  2. Provides false, misleading, forged, or materially incomplete information during registration or at any point during the Challenge;

  3. Engages in plagiarism, infringement of intellectual property rights, or submits work not authored solely by the Participant, except where expressly permitted; NxtWave reserves the right to employ automated plagiarism detection tools, manual reviews, and other measures to verify the authenticity and originality of all Submissions at any stage of the Challenge.

  4. Violates any provision of these Terms or any additional rules or policies issued in connection with the Challenge;

  5. Attempts to interfere with or undermine the integrity, security, or legitimate operation of the Challenge Platform or related systems;

  6. Participates using multiple identities, accounts, or registrations;

  7. Engages in any form of collusion, manipulation, unethical behavior, or misconduct, whether online or offline, that adversely affects the fairness or reputation of the Challenge; or

  8. Fails to comply with any instruction, direction, or request lawfully issued by NxtWave or its authorized representatives.

  9. Participant is found to have engaged in misconduct, manipulation, or unethical behavior; or

  10. NxtWave, in good faith, determines that awarding the Prize would adversely affect the integrity or reputation of the Challenge.

2. Upon disqualification, the affected Participant shall forfeit any claim to Prizes, recognition, or continued participation in the Challenge. If disqualification occurs after the award of a Prize, NxtWave reserves the right to rescind the award and reclaim the Prize or its value through any lawful means.

3. All decisions regarding disqualification shall be final and binding. No appeals, challenges, or requests for reconsideration shall be entertained.

4. The exercise or non-exercise of any right of disqualification by NxtWave shall not constitute a waiver of such right with respect to any other Participant or future occurrence.


  1. Intellectual Property

1. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Submissions created, developed, or submitted by the Participant as part of the Challenge shall, upon submission, vest solely and exclusively with NxtWave. To the extent any such rights do not automatically vest in NxtWave by operation of law, the Participant hereby irrevocably assigns all such rights, title, and interest to NxtWave, without any requirement of further compensation or documentation.

2. If the Submission contains any third-party content, the Participant represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to include such content and to grant the rights assigned or licensed herein to NxtWave. The Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless NxtWave from any claims arising out of the use of such third-party content.

3. Any data, content, tools, APIs, or other materials provided by NxtWave for the purpose of the Challenge shall remain the sole property of NxtWave or its licensors. The Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such materials solely for participation in the Challenge.


  1. Judging and Prizes

1. All eligible Submissions shall be subject to evaluation by a panel of judges (“Judging Panel”) duly appointed by NxtWave at its sole discretion.

2. The Judging Panel shall evaluate Submissions based on predetermined criteria including, but not limited to, originality, technical accuracy, creativity, innovation, adherence to the Challenge guidelines, and potential applicability. NxtWave reserves the right to modify, add to, or delete any of the evaluation criteria without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

3. The decisions of the Judging Panel, once made, shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants. No correspondence, appeal, or challenge in respect of the evaluation process or the decisions of the Judging Panel shall be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Participants selected as winners shall be notified through the contact information provided at the time of registration. NxtWave shall not be liable for any delay, miscommunication, or failure in such notification due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

5. All Prizes awarded pursuant to the Challenge are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. NxtWave reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an alternative of equivalent or greater value, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. All taxes, levies, and statutory deductions, if any, arising from the receipt of any Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. NxtWave shall not be liable to provide any tax advice or bear any tax liability arising from such receipt.


  1. Privacy and Data Usage

By registering for and participating in the Challenge, the Participant consents to the collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of their data and personal information by NxtWave for purposes including but not limiting to conducting the challenge, promotional, advertising, marketing, informational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, name, contact information, educational background, Submissions, photographs, videos, likeness, voice, video, and any statements or testimonials and other information voluntarily provided by the Participant. NxtWave shall process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers, judges, or partners solely to the extent necessary. Participants understand and acknowledge that NxtWave may retain their personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Reasonable security measures shall be undertaken to protect the data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. By participating in the Challenge, Participants also consent to being contacted by NxtWave via email, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services) or other communication channels for Challenge-related updates, future opportunities, and promotional purposes.

Miscellaneous

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, shall first be referred in writing to the NxtWave for an amicable resolution. If such efforts fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the English language before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India. Subject to the foregoing, the courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

2. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NxtWave, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach by the Participant of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) any third-party claim alleging that the Participant’s Submission infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property or proprietary right; (c) any misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, or misconduct by the Participant during the course of the Challenge; or (d) any unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential or proprietary materials provided by NxtWave. This obligation shall survive completion, expiration, or termination of the Challenge.

3. The Challenge and all related services, materials, and third-party content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NxtWave disclaims all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NxtWave and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from participation in the Challenge, technical issues, third-party tools, or use/misuse of any Prize.

4. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall so survive, including without limitation Clause 7 (Judging and Prizes), Clause 8 (Disqualification), Clause 9 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitation of Liability), Clause 11 (Indemnification), Clause 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), Clause 13 (Media Release and Publicity Rights), Clause 14 (Miscellaneous), and this Clause. Any other provisions which by their nature ought or are intended to survive the termination or expiration of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such termination.

5. NxtWave reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the official website along with the date of revision. Continued participation in the Challenge after such posting shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. No failure or delay by NxtWave in exercising any right, remedy, or power under these Terms shall constitute a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of such right or any other right, remedy, or power.

7. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the Challenge. All prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded.

8. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. The Participant may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of NxtWave. Any such attempted assignment without consent shall be null and void.

10. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Participant and NxtWave. Each Party shall remain an independent entity.

11. NxtWave shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to Force Majeure events that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or interruption of internet or communication services.

  1. Disqualification

1. NxtWave reserves the unfettered right to disqualify, at any stage of the Challenge and without prior notice, any Participant who, in the sole judgment of NxtWave:

  1. Fails to meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in these Terms;

  2. Provides false, misleading, forged, or materially incomplete information during registration or at any point during the Challenge;

  3. Engages in plagiarism, infringement of intellectual property rights, or submits work not authored solely by the Participant, except where expressly permitted; NxtWave reserves the right to employ automated plagiarism detection tools, manual reviews, and other measures to verify the authenticity and originality of all Submissions at any stage of the Challenge.

  4. Violates any provision of these Terms or any additional rules or policies issued in connection with the Challenge;

  5. Attempts to interfere with or undermine the integrity, security, or legitimate operation of the Challenge Platform or related systems;

  6. Participates using multiple identities, accounts, or registrations;

  7. Engages in any form of collusion, manipulation, unethical behavior, or misconduct, whether online or offline, that adversely affects the fairness or reputation of the Challenge; or

  8. Fails to comply with any instruction, direction, or request lawfully issued by NxtWave or its authorized representatives.

  9. Participant is found to have engaged in misconduct, manipulation, or unethical behavior; or

  10. NxtWave, in good faith, determines that awarding the Prize would adversely affect the integrity or reputation of the Challenge.

2. Upon disqualification, the affected Participant shall forfeit any claim to Prizes, recognition, or continued participation in the Challenge. If disqualification occurs after the award of a Prize, NxtWave reserves the right to rescind the award and reclaim the Prize or its value through any lawful means.

3. All decisions regarding disqualification shall be final and binding. No appeals, challenges, or requests for reconsideration shall be entertained.

4. The exercise or non-exercise of any right of disqualification by NxtWave shall not constitute a waiver of such right with respect to any other Participant or future occurrence.


  1. Intellectual Property

1. All rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Submissions created, developed, or submitted by the Participant as part of the Challenge shall, upon submission, vest solely and exclusively with NxtWave. To the extent any such rights do not automatically vest in NxtWave by operation of law, the Participant hereby irrevocably assigns all such rights, title, and interest to NxtWave, without any requirement of further compensation or documentation.

2. If the Submission contains any third-party content, the Participant represents and warrants that it has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to include such content and to grant the rights assigned or licensed herein to NxtWave. The Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless NxtWave from any claims arising out of the use of such third-party content.

3. Any data, content, tools, APIs, or other materials provided by NxtWave for the purpose of the Challenge shall remain the sole property of NxtWave or its licensors. The Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such materials solely for participation in the Challenge.


  1. Judging and Prizes

1. All eligible Submissions shall be subject to evaluation by a panel of judges (“Judging Panel”) duly appointed by NxtWave at its sole discretion.

2. The Judging Panel shall evaluate Submissions based on predetermined criteria including, but not limited to, originality, technical accuracy, creativity, innovation, adherence to the Challenge guidelines, and potential applicability. NxtWave reserves the right to modify, add to, or delete any of the evaluation criteria without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

3. The decisions of the Judging Panel, once made, shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Participants. No correspondence, appeal, or challenge in respect of the evaluation process or the decisions of the Judging Panel shall be entertained under any circumstances.

4. Participants selected as winners shall be notified through the contact information provided at the time of registration. NxtWave shall not be liable for any delay, miscommunication, or failure in such notification due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

5. All Prizes awarded pursuant to the Challenge are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. NxtWave reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an alternative of equivalent or greater value, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. All taxes, levies, and statutory deductions, if any, arising from the receipt of any Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. NxtWave shall not be liable to provide any tax advice or bear any tax liability arising from such receipt.


  1. Privacy and Data Usage

By registering for and participating in the Challenge, the Participant consents to the collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of their data and personal information by NxtWave for purposes including but not limiting to conducting the challenge, promotional, advertising, marketing, informational purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, name, contact information, educational background, Submissions, photographs, videos, likeness, voice, video, and any statements or testimonials and other information voluntarily provided by the Participant. NxtWave shall process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers, judges, or partners solely to the extent necessary. Participants understand and acknowledge that NxtWave may retain their personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Reasonable security measures shall be undertaken to protect the data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. By participating in the Challenge, Participants also consent to being contacted by NxtWave via email, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services) or other communication channels for Challenge-related updates, future opportunities, and promotional purposes.

Miscellaneous

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, shall first be referred in writing to the NxtWave for an amicable resolution. If such efforts fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in the English language before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India. Subject to the foregoing, the courts in Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.

2. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NxtWave, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any breach by the Participant of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) any third-party claim alleging that the Participant’s Submission infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property or proprietary right; (c) any misrepresentation, fraud, negligence, or misconduct by the Participant during the course of the Challenge; or (d) any unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential or proprietary materials provided by NxtWave. This obligation shall survive completion, expiration, or termination of the Challenge.

3. The Challenge and all related services, materials, and third-party content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NxtWave disclaims all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NxtWave and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from participation in the Challenge, technical issues, third-party tools, or use/misuse of any Prize.

4. The provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall so survive, including without limitation Clause 7 (Judging and Prizes), Clause 8 (Disqualification), Clause 9 (Intellectual Property), Clause 10 (Limitation of Liability), Clause 11 (Indemnification), Clause 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution), Clause 13 (Media Release and Publicity Rights), Clause 14 (Miscellaneous), and this Clause. Any other provisions which by their nature ought or are intended to survive the termination or expiration of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such termination.

5. NxtWave reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the official website along with the date of revision. Continued participation in the Challenge after such posting shall constitute deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. No failure or delay by NxtWave in exercising any right, remedy, or power under these Terms shall constitute a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of such right or any other right, remedy, or power.

7. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the Challenge. All prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded.

8. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. The Participant may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of NxtWave. Any such attempted assignment without consent shall be null and void.

10. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Participant and NxtWave. Each Party shall remain an independent entity.

11. NxtWave shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to Force Majeure events that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, labor disputes, or interruption of internet or communication services.
